Great hotel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and helpful staff. I still remember how they assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend dining here for a lovely evening!...

Its location is exceptional, so close to Crewe Hall, the restaurant and bar and all bars. Also, it's 4 km from a railway museum.

Clean hotel, good location, next to good quality pub for food/drink

The place is extraordinary, and combines the old with the new in an excellent way.
Breakfast could be better, but being in England it is understandable that the food still has a lot to improve.

The friendly staff. I was made welcome and given excellent customer service.
The location near the main road meant there was a constant sound of traffic.

Fine historic building, scenic surrounding landscapes, elegant bar area
Management must tighten control over the facilities!!! The disjointed aesthetic between old and new buildings needs addressing. The pool's maintenance left much to be desired, diminishing the luxurious feel of the hotel!!!

Clean room. Comfortable bed.
Hear noisy guests through walls and in corridor late at night. Crawling under table to plug in lap top.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the cozy Classic Double Room and the lush grounds that felt like a mini escape. The spa area was relaxing with a warm indoor pool and a nice jacuzzi. Just a heads up, breakfast options could be slightly better, but overall, it made for a delightful stay! 😊
